H.B. Fuller is hiring an Account Manager to grow and retain our market share and customer base while achieving profit sales targets. This remote position focuses on strategic growth and value delivery.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate an ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
- Be technically competent and independently manage demonstrations and technical problem-solving.
- Focus on growth opportunities and optimizing price and profitability.
- Be accountable for delivering results.
- Train and mentor entry-level or new sales roles.
- Drive customer intimacy by delivering H.B. Fuller’s value proposition tailored to customer needs.
- Promote, quantify, and expertly sell value that differentiates H.B. Fuller.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities and communicate forecasting needs.
- Implement business pricing strategy based on guidelines and expertly deliver price increases.
- Apply effective prospecting techniques, promptly connect with key contacts at new prospects, and assess needs.
- Apply a broad understanding of markets and industry in customer conversations.
- Optimize offers for the customer and H.B. Fuller using supply chain knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Related industry and B2B experience.
- Demonstrated behaviors from Sales Excellence training.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's or University Degree with a technical, mechanical, marketing, or chemistry background.
