Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring an Account Manager to oversee client accounts and ensure exceptional satisfaction, seamless operations, and high-performing Virtual Assistants (VAs). You will serve as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring deliverables are met, expectations are aligned, and issues are proactively resolved.

What You'll Do

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, conducting regular check-ins.
Ensure client needs and KPIs are clearly understood, documented, and met.
Proactively address client concerns to prevent escalation and maintain high retention rates.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your accounts.
Monitor worker productivity, quality of work, and task completion.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for workers.
Address worker attendance, quality, or behavioral concerns promptly.
Coordinate with recruitment for replacements or additional hires as needed.
Ensure proper onboarding and training alignment for new VAs.
Track client concerns to resolution and monitor daily VA attendance.
Ensure workers follow client SOPs and instructions.
Escalate performance or behavioral issues appropriately.
Assist in onboarding new workers by ensuring they receive proper documentation.
Conduct basic quality checks on deliverables.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience in customer service, account support, or operations.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across multiple accounts.
Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools.
Demonstrated communication, follow-up discipline, organization, and documentation skills.
Basic performance monitoring, problem identification, and escalation skills.
Strong time management skills.
Must be available during client business hours (EST).
