TaxValet is hiring an Account Manager for Cresta, a highly strategic role reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Account Management. You will be the second Account Manager on the team, playing a central role in driving upsells, renewals, and long-term customer value while helping to shape and co-build the Account Management function from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Invest in lasting relationships, prioritizing trust and long-term value as a strategic partner.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with resilience to directly fuel customer growth.
- Work seamlessly across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations for a unified customer experience.
- Articulate Cresta's value clearly, helping customers understand its strategic and operational advantages.
- Identify signals and guide customers toward deeper value realization for retention and expansion.
- Use commercial levers to architect smart, efficient deals while maintaining healthy business fundamentals.
- Convert stakeholder information into actionable insights for account strategy and customer experience.
- Understand when travel is a differentiator for advancing renewals or deepening executive trust.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Customer Success or Sales roles where you owned revenue or renewal outcomes.
- A consistent record of hitting or exceeding goals in customer-facing environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the contact center ecosystem or consulting.
