Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. is hiring an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for generating software add-on sales and consulting or training opportunities from our existing client base. You will maintain key relationships, manage leads, and represent the company's products and services.
What You'll Do
- Conduct product calls to all existing clients to generate back-to-base software add-ons for the sales team.
- Conduct customer well-being calls to sell back-to-base consulting and training opportunities for the Professional Services group.
- Enter data into the Salesforce database; qualify leads and process orders for add-ons.
- Maintain lead status and track opportunity status in Salesforce.
- Staff booths at industry trade shows, which may require up to 20 days of travel per year.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or English, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of sales practices and principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, public speaking, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and process management skills.
- Ability to make timely decisions.
- Ability to show compassion and understand others.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience in selling software solutions for the construction industry is an asset.
