SOTI is looking for an Account Manager to manage our largest Platinum tiered partners from the Altitude Partner Program and key Fortune 500 customers. In this role, you will build strong relationships, develop territory strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and grow accounts, targeting 35% YoY growth and 35% client retention.
What You'll Do
- Manage SOTI’s Platinum tiered partners and Fortune 500 customers.
- Build strong client relationships and develop territory strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the SOTI ONE Platform.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Train partners on the SOTI ONE Platform to drive and develop new leads.
- Activate partners to migrate legacy customers to the SOTI ONE Platform.
- Develop and implement strategic Mutual Plans to manage accounts.
- Prospect for potential customers using direct and indirect methods.
- Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Understand client needs and identify new opportunities within your territory.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
- Prepare and conduct formal group presentations at senior management levels of larger clients.
- Partner with vendor technology representatives for product resell opportunities.
- Develop and nurture a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts.
- Assist with high-priority support cases or escalations in collaboration with SOTI Support.
- Coordinate company personnel involvement to meet partner performance objectives.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 4-5 years' experience with software sales working through a channel.
- Deep understanding of working through a channel.
- Experience collaborating with strategic alliances with OEMs, driving net new logos and growing existing accounts.
- Proven ability to identify new OEMs to work with and build out partnerships.
- Certification with Value Selling - Visualize or equivalent sales methodology training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing Fortune 500 accounts and projects.
