Nextpower LLC is seeking an Account Manager to join our Global Sales Team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day interactions with assigned customer accounts, coordinate internal cross-functional departments, and externally deliver project proposals to close deals. You will support a Director of Sales or Sales Leader, working within a company culture deeply committed to sustainability and providing smart solar and software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze customer information for successful bid submission.
- Identify and target key decision makers from both EPC and developer/owner sides.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional departments to ensure optimal winning bid strategies.
- Prepare and present customer proposals.
- Issue preliminary bids based on available project information with appropriate qualifications.
- Collect quote feedback and ensure the full value of each bid is considered by the customer.
- Drive customer contract negotiations collaborating with a cross-functional team.
- Work closely with the team Director on creative deal structuring and bid strategy.
- Ensure accurate forecasts and data hygiene in the CRM system.
- Form excellent working relationships with other Nextpower departments to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
- Drive deal execution process to 100% close, including facilitating milestone handoff meetings.
- Facilitate customer semi-annual business reviews to review product portfolio, services, and pipeline.
- Manage customer credit by compiling exposure forecasts and working with the customer for financial justification.
- Properly maintain customer and stakeholder expectations and ensure timely response.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand relationships and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
