Bisnow is seeking an Account Manager to join our Client Success team. This entry-level role is critical for ensuring flawless post-sale execution of client inventory, including events and digital campaigns. You will act as the primary point of contact for event sponsorship clients, delivering an excellent experience and reporting to the VP and Director of Product & Operations.
What You'll Do
- Work with a cross-functional team to ensure each piece of inventory a client purchases is delivered seamlessly.
- Execute each sale flawlessly to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Be the point of contact for all event sponsorship clients, working with Sales Executives and Client Success Managers.
- Monitor and care for all post-sale client deliverables: obtaining digital/event page collateral (photo, bio, logo, ad creative).
- Own client preparation leading up to each event: confirming attendee lists, providing setup instructions, gathering shipping details.
- Own client preparation leading up to each ad/content campaign: run dates, deadlines, ad specs.
- Communicate client needs with ad delivery, event coordination, sales, production, and accounting teams.
- Follow up post-events or digital ad placement to ensure an excellent experience.
- Analyze event feedback to ensure each topic is followed up on.
- Innovate digital and event series to improve attendee & client experience.
- Provide client feedback to internal departments to improve Bisnow performance.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to lead to continued account growth.
What We're Looking For
- Exposure to a sales environment (in school or work).
- Exposure to an event planning environment.
- Some experience with analytics and/or inventory.
