Hunt St is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow our Australian client portfolio. You will be the primary liaison responsible for building strong relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and delivering strategic insights to drive client business results.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for Australian clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee ad campaigns and project tasks, including SEO, email marketing, and HubSpot services.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to clients.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve client marketing results and business outcomes.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and progress updates, addressing concerns promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices relevant to Australian markets.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing account management.
- Strong Performance Marketing knowledge (Google and Meta ads) and Creative Production management.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp and reporting platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably with Australian clients or agencies.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $1,500 - $3,000 AUD per month.
Work Mode
This is a global remote role open to candidates based in the Philippines.
