JOOR is hiring an Account Executive (West Coast US)

About the Role

JOOR, a fashion-technology SaaS company, is hiring an Account Executive to work West Coast US hours. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth by closing deals and managing a book of business.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate how JOOR’s offering drives revenue, its competitive advantage, and its value for enterprise brands and retailers.
  • Navigate the industry to find key decision-makers and build trust.
  • Become an expert in the industry, product, and marketing.
  • Close deals and develop/close mid-market opportunities to drive new revenue growth.
  • Manage and close a book of business valued between $500,000 and $650,000.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting campaigns to closing the deal.
  • Manage incoming leads and determine their fit for the platform.
  • Perform research on target accounts and build/execute prospecting campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities and earn time with key decision-makers using a consultative approach.
  • Dive deep into target accounts' business and potential alignment with JOOR.
  • Participate in discovery sessions pre and post contract to help scope new features.
  • Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate, resolve issues, and share best practices.
  • Engage Pre-Sales, Customer Success and other internal resources to develop value targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience hitting KPI's and working with a commission structure.
  • A confident and resilient salesperson.
  • A multitasker with a go-getter attitude.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS, B2B, AdTech, or FinTech organization.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in SaaS, B2B, Account Management, or Retail.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Fluency in Spanish (written, spoken, and comprehension).
  • Retail or Wholesale experience.

Work Mode

This position works local-country hours and is located on the West Coast US.
