Brightspot is looking for an Account Executive (West Coast) to lead our sales initiatives and expand our customer base across the region. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building relationships with enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and manage the entire sales cycle
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
- Maintain accurate forecasting and activity reporting in the CRM
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with enterprise-level clients
- Strong ability to prospect and build a pipeline from minimal leads
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined to succeed in a remote work environment
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in Seattle, WA, Austin, TX, or San Francisco, CA.
