Jump is hiring an Account Executive for Velocity Sales to build our outbound motion and close B2B software deals. In this role, you will source and deliver reliable, qualified revenue every month by managing a high-volume, SMB-focused sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Open, manage, and close B2B software deals for a very high-velocity SMB sales motion.
- Build Jump’s outbound sales motion to source reliable, qualified monthly revenue.
- Carry an annual ARR quota, measured monthly.
- Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to hit and exceed quota goals.
- Manage pipeline in CRM with maniacal organization.
- Work directly with financial advisor customers.
- Manage an extremely high-volume, high-velocity SMB sales motion, creating leverage via AI-enabled sales technology.
- Help Jump maintain its position as a category leader trusted by customers.
- Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work.

- Proven success selling software products.
- A track record as a top-performing Account Executive.
- Willingness to work at a very early-stage technology company.
