TensorOps is hiring an Account Executive for the UK & International region to drive revenue growth by selling our technology solutions to the commercial industry. In this field-based role, you will execute a strategic sales plan, focusing on a 'land and expand' model to build new business and grow existing accounts.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on the commercial industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on initial sales with a long-term plan to expand within the account.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions for commercial customers.
- Meet with key decision-makers to understand needs and position our products as the best solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Lead presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business.
- Implement a 'land and expand' approach, securing initial deals and growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand procurement processes, funding cycles, and acquisition strategies within the commercial industry.
- Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion.
- Manage a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Leverage CRM tools to track interactions, sales progress, and pipeline status.
- Provide regular forecasts and insights to leadership, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Provide customer feedback to the product team to influence future development.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience in Commercial sales.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or proven track record in high-growth technology sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a 'land and expand' sales model, particularly within complex, long sales cycles.
