Havas Play is looking for an Account Executive - Talent and Influencer to join its Activation Team. In this role, you'll be integral to managing talent and creator relationships, developing digital content, and executing influencer marketing campaigns. You'll navigate the dynamic landscape of popular culture, social media, and youth trends to drive client success.

What You'll Do

Support multiple accounts by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress to the team.
Conduct research to identify talent, creators, communities, and influencers aligned with client goals.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including ideation, activation, content creation, and measurement.
Use creator and influencer marketing tools to develop data-driven strategies.
Stay vigilant for emerging trends and opportunities within niche communities and diverse voices.
Communicate clearly and concisely in all client-facing and internal documents.
Foster strong relationships with clients, account teams, internal departments, and external suppliers.
Assist with research and administrative tasks for client briefs, status reports, and campaign tracking.
Support day-to-day finance processes, including setting up job numbers, processing POs, and obtaining cost estimates.
Mentor or manage an intern.
Maintain a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and take ownership of your tasks.
Flag relevant competitor activity, news, or creator insights for clients.
