WeTravel is hiring an Account Executive (Swedish and Norwegian Market)

About the Role

WeTravel is looking for an Account Executive to drive our expansion into the Swedish and Norwegian markets. In this business development role, you’ll build our presence from scratch, own the entire sales cycle, and play a key role in shaping our strategy for the region.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and handing off to onboarding.
  • Prospect and connect with tour operators in Sweden and Norway.
  • Source leads, gather market insights, and help break into the France & Benelux region.
  • Run engaging product demos that clearly show the value of WeTravel.
  • Manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot and keep deals moving forward.
  • Close new business and ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding team.
  • Share market feedback with product and marketing teams to shape future strategy.
  • Collaborate with a friendly, high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

  • Native or C2 level Swedish or Norwegian speaker.
  • Fully proficient in English.
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow.
  • Experience with inside sales via email and phone.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses.
  • Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Must have the full legal right to work in the EU (citizenship or residency).

Nice to Have

  • Hospitality or travel industry background.
  • Understanding of how tour operators think.

You will be part of a new team being built to unlock the Swedish and Norwegian markets, within a Sales team that combines autonomy with strong collaboration.

  • Base Fulltime Salary is $40,000 (EUR).

Work Mode

This is a remote position. You can work remotely for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year. Candidates must be located within the EU.
