About the Role

WeTravel is hiring an Account Executive (French Market) to spearhead our expansion into France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. This role owns the complete sales journey, from prospecting and discovery to closing deals and handing off to customer onboarding. You will act as both account executive and business developer, helping break into this key region.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and handing off to onboarding.
  • Prospect and connect with tour operators in France and Belgium.
  • Act as a business developer, sourcing leads, gathering market insights, and helping break into the France & Benelux region.
  • Run engaging product demos that clearly show the value of WeTravel.
  • Manage pipeline in HubSpot and keep deals moving forward.
  • Close new business and ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding team.
  • Share market feedback with product and marketing teams to shape future development.
  • Collaborate with a friendly, high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

  • Native or C2 level French speaker.
  • Fully proficient in English.
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow.
  • Some experience with inside sales via email and phone.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses.
  • Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Must have the full legal right to work in the EU (citizenship or residency).

Nice to Have

  • Experience from a hospitality or travel background.
  • Understanding of how tour operators think.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a new team being built within our Sales organization, combining autonomy with strong collaboration. You will report directly to Maria Claudia (Macla).

  • Base Fulltime Salary is $40,000 (EUR).

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates within the EU. You can work remotely for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.
