WeTravel was looking for an Account Executive – (Norwegian & English Bilingual)

Join WeTravel as an Account Executive – Norwegian & English Bilingual to play a key role in our European expansion. You will drive business growth by owning the full sales cycle in Sweden, Norway, and the France & Benelux region, building our presence from the ground up in a remote capacity.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and handing off to onboarding.
  • Prospect and connect with tour operators in Sweden and Norway.
  • Act as a business developer, sourcing your own leads and gathering market insights to help break into the France & Benelux region.
  • Run engaging demos that clearly show the value of WeTravel.
  • Manage your pipeline in HubSpot and keep deals moving forward.
  • Close new business and ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding team.
  • Share market feedback with product and marketing teams to shape future offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • Native or C2 level Swedish or Norwegian speaker.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Right to work in the EU (citizenship or residency).
  • Confidence on the phone and comfort with cold outreach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with inside sales via email and phone.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.

Nice to Have

  • Passion for helping small to mid-sized businesses grow.
  • Background in hospitality or travel industry, with an understanding of how tour operators think.

You will be part of a new team being built to unlock potential in Europe, led by the EMEA expansion lead. The Sales team combines autonomy with strong collaboration.

Work Mode

This is a remote position for candidates located in the EU. You will have the flexibility to work remotely for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.
