WeTravel is hiring an Account Executive to lead our expansion into the Greek market and the wider EMEA region. This role is a unique blend of Account Executive and Business Developer, requiring you to build from the ground up, own the full sales cycle, and directly influence our market strategy.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and handing off to the onboarding team.
- Prospect and connect with tour operators in Greece.
- Act as a business developer by sourcing your own leads, gathering market insights, and helping break into new regions like France and Benelux.
- Run engaging product demos that clearly demonstrate the value of WeTravel.
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot and proactively move deals forward.
- Close new business and ensure a seamless handoff to the onboarding team.
- Share market feedback with product and marketing teams to shape future strategy.
- Collaborate with a friendly, high-performing team.
What We're Looking For
- Native or C2 level Greek speaker.
- Fully proficient in English.
- Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow.
- Experience with inside sales via email and phone.
- Worked in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses.
- Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Full legal right to work in the EU (citizenship or residency).
Nice to Have
- Experience from a hospitality or travel background.
- Understanding of how tour operators think.

Team & Environment
You will be part of a new team being built within our sales organization, combining autonomy with strong collaboration. You will report to Maria Claudia (Macla), who is leading our expansion across EMEA.
