ServiceTitan is hiring an Account Executive, Strategic Customer Sales. This remote, quota-carrying position manages the entire post-sales relationship for a designated portfolio of Strategic Customer Accounts, responsible for contract renewals and revenue expansion.
What You'll Do
- Optimize contract renewal outcomes and expand revenue via core platform expansions and adoption of Aspire’s Pro Product modules within your book of Strategic Accounts.
- Become an expert on the value proposition of Aspire’s core platform, Pro Products, and ancillary services.
- Build honest, genuine partnerships with existing Strategic Accounts.
- Work with partners across Finance, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations to drive maximum value creation for Aspire’s largest clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers on complex requirements and integrations.
- Develop whitespace analysis and strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Track all activity in Salesforce and forecast business to Sales leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years experience building and maintaining executive relationships.
- 7+ years experience identifying and closing upsell and expansion opportunities.
- 7+ years experience negotiating complex, million dollar+ contract renewals with Enterprise clients.
- Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of over achievement against quota.
- A professional, value-driven, and highly-creative approach to strategic sales.
- The ability to balance strategic, long-term account plans with monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.
- Exceptional executive presence and the ability to connect with diverse audiences to inspire action.
- Strong relationship-building and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport, take initiative, and collaborate cross-departmentally.
- Ability to travel 15% - 20% of the time, regionally and nationally.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
