Cambly is hiring an Account Executive to lead our B2B sales efforts in South Korea. You will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, building scalable training solutions for Korean companies and partnering directly with HR and Learning & Development leaders to empower local talent with the language skills needed for global success.
What You'll Do
- Create a clear target account plan for the region, identifying and focusing on the most important potential clients.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from start to finish, handling inbound leads and proactively sourcing new accounts through outbound efforts.
- Use consultative selling and value-selling techniques to understand client needs and build strong relationships with key managers.
- Network through in-person meetings, events, and conferences to strengthen relationships with high-level executives.
- Work directly with senior leaders (C-suite) to solve business problems and secure support for large, company-wide programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team.
- Travel up to 5% of the time for meetings and events.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, HR Tech, or professional services preferred).
- Track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders.
- Native proficiency in Korean (equivalent to a mother-tongue speaker).
- Business-level English proficiency for global team collaboration.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (such as HubSpot) and using engagement metrics to inform sales strategy.
- Thrive in remote, fast-paced environments and are motivated by owning a market.
- Currently based in South Korea with valid local work authorization (no relocation or visa sponsorship).

- Prior experience working at a fast-growing startup.
- Experience in the EdTech, E-Learning, HR Software, or Well-being sector.
