What You'll Do: • Manage your assigned account portfolio • Hunt down and conquer new account opportunities • Craft killer sales strategies and business plans • Build relationships with stakeholders at every level • Get involved early in customer buying processes to diagnose needs and tailor perfect solutions • Apply strategic sales methodologies to advance opportunities and generate revenue • Keep the sales pipeline flowing with fresh business • Collaborate across GM B2B units to ensure customer success and solution adoption • Provide continuous feedback to help evolve our product offerings • Maintain accurate CRM records with customer details and activity tracking • Implement and track key performance metrics • Deliver precise sales forecasts Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications): • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years in B2B sales and/or account management • Proven track record of smashing sales objectives and growing new business • Natural talent for building relationships and influencing partners • Exceptional organizational and planning skills • Ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball • Communication skills that cut through the noise - understand your audience, communicate clearly • Thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments - comfortable with ambiguity • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM applications • Ready to travel up to 75% within your assigned region This role requires a valid driver's license.
