About the Role

Aexus is looking for an Account Executive to introduce three innovative software technology solutions across the North American market. You’ll start by building a pipeline through prospecting, then take ownership of the full sales cycle from discovery to closure, working strategically with partners.

What You'll Do

  • Apply your BDR expertise in prospecting and pipeline building.
  • Take ownership of full-cycle sales responsibilities, from discovery calls to closing deals.
  • Work on new business activities with partners at a strategic level.
  • Define a joint go-to-market strategy and business planning.
  • Initiate and manage multi-level sales processes, from initial contact to closure.
  • Develop relationships with partners and potential prospects.
  • Guide partners in identifying verticals, defining the Ideal Customer Profile, and developing the market proposition.

What We're Looking For

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field.
  • 2–3 years of BDR experience in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • A solid understanding of the North American market and business culture.
  • Experience with online prospecting, lead generation, and strategic cold-calling.
  • You enjoy the hunting process and deal closing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with native-like communication skills in English.
  • You are goal-oriented, sales-driven, organized, and highly motivated.
  • A creative thinker with an affinity for innovative and disruptive technology.
  • A true self-starter who can operate independently and be a trusted team member.

Team & Environment

You’ll join an international team of over 100+ professionals, assisted by a Sales Manager and the GTM Team. You will report directly to the Sales Manager North America.
