Aexus is looking for an Account Executive to introduce three innovative software technology solutions across the North American market. You’ll start by building a pipeline through prospecting, then take ownership of the full sales cycle from discovery to closure, working strategically with partners.
What You'll Do
- Apply your BDR expertise in prospecting and pipeline building.
- Take ownership of full-cycle sales responsibilities, from discovery calls to closing deals.
- Work on new business activities with partners at a strategic level.
- Define a joint go-to-market strategy and business planning.
- Initiate and manage multi-level sales processes, from initial contact to closure.
- Develop relationships with partners and potential prospects.
- Guide partners in identifying verticals, defining the Ideal Customer Profile, and developing the market proposition.
What We're Looking For
- A completed bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field.
- 2–3 years of BDR experience in B2B SaaS or tech.
- A solid understanding of the North American market and business culture.
- Experience with online prospecting, lead generation, and strategic cold-calling.
- You enjoy the hunting process and deal closing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with native-like communication skills in English.
- You are goal-oriented, sales-driven, organized, and highly motivated.
- A creative thinker with an affinity for innovative and disruptive technology.
- A true self-starter who can operate independently and be a trusted team member.
Team & Environment
You’ll join an international team of over 100+ professionals, assisted by a Sales Manager and the GTM Team. You will report directly to the Sales Manager North America.
