RemotePass is hiring an Account Executive to expand our client base globally. You will identify, manage, and close new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline by working directly with decision-makers at leading remote-first companies. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and helping companies manage their remote teams.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying leads, and executing full-cycle sales strategies from initial contact to closure.
- Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and continued use of RemotePass.
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR, and operational leaders to understand business challenges.
- Conduct tailored product demos and presentations for prospective and current clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless client onboarding and account management.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas, contributing to overall company revenue goals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM software and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position RemotePass.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials and participate in strategy meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals with high-value clients.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with remote-first companies or international clients.
- Knowledge of the HR, payroll, or talent management industry.
- Fluency in another language, preferably a European language or Arabic.
