As an Account Executive in the Public Sector, you will focus on the Social and Health vertical, leading the acquisition and expansion of enterprise-level clients across France. Your role centers on developing long-term relationships with decision-makers, identifying strategic opportunities, and guiding public institutions through digital transformation using cloud and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and grow high-value accounts within the public sector, with a focus on social services and healthcare organizations.
- Design and implement tailored account plans to meet revenue targets and deepen market penetration.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, fostering trust across all organizational levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Deliver clear, data-driven updates on sales pipelines, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to management.
- Navigate complex negotiations to close agreements that align with both client objectives and company capabilities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and adapt offerings to evolving customer requirements.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, AI applications, and how they address real-world public sector challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven success in enterprise sales, particularly within the public sector and Social and Health domains.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing C-level executives and public partners.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven projects in institutional settings.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions in terms of business impact and operational outcomes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for pipeline and relationship management.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
