Ethos was looking for an Account Executive, National Accounts

TensorOps is seeking an Account Executive, National Accounts to drive revenue through strategic enterprise sales. This role requires a professional with deep expertise in navigating the complex benefits buying process and managing long-term relationships with Fortune 1000 clients.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales and build value in competitive situations leveraging complex product and industry knowledge.
  • Manage long-term relationships with large enterprise clients in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Collect and analyze prospect feedback to collaborate with internal teams on product roadmap alignment.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple departments and with customers of varying needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience selling into large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling into HR, Benefits, People and/or Healthcare teams.
  • Experience selling to Sr. Benefits Leaders and C-Suite at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Strong experience managing influential consultants at large consulting firms.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
  • Passionate about Carrot’s mission to achieve fertility care for all.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling employer health benefits into large enterprises.
  • Fluency navigating complicated benefits buying topics, such as cost savings, ROI, taxation and compliance.
  • Experience working with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits.

Team & Environment

This role will work closely with sales enablement, consultant relations, solutions consultants and more to hit their revenue goals. You will report to the VP of Enterprise Sales.

  • Salary: $153,000-$200,000, plus commission.
