Workday is hiring an Account Executive for Medium Enterprise, UKI Public Services. In this key field sales role, you will focus on generating net new revenue by guiding new customers from legacy platforms to Workday's enterprise management cloud.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities within the assigned UKI Public Services territory.
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects and articulate Workday value propositions.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position.
- 2+ years experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
- 3+ years experience in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within the UKI Public Services territory, with knowledge of Emergency Services and Healthcare.
Nice to Have
- Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying current with trends and customer needs to position Workday solutions effectively.
- Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
