Outstanding Workplace recipient. We are seeking an in-country Enterprise Sales Director to join our LATAM team covering the Spanish Speaking Countries based in Colombia, Chile, and or Peru. Semperis is searching for an Enterprise Sales Director (ESD) who is a self-motivated professional comfortable operating in a rapid, fluid environment. If you thrive on pursuing and finalizing new business opportunities; you possess experience in developing emerging markets and cultivating sales prospects from initial interaction through successful completion, then this position is ideal for you. You will establish professional productive connections with potential accounts, while ensuring consistent pipeline generation and closed business opportunities in your designated Territory. Pipeline & Business Development - Evaluate, manage, and support leads from marketing initiatives, converting SQLs from our SDR team into closed/won opportunities. - Proactively identify new business prospects and continuously construct a robust sales pipeline. - Conduct prospecting efforts, including outreach, discovery conversations, and relationship-building. Partner & Territory Management - Expand and own the market through trusted partner relationships and strategic collaborations alongside the territory Channel Director. - Develop and implement a structured territory and account-based sales strategy. - Maintain current knowledge of emerging products, services, and pricing frameworks. Sales Execution & Customer Engagement - Conduct discovery conversations to identify client requirements and position Semperis solutions. - Construct long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. - Surpass assigned growth objectives and sales quota. What you will contribute: - 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity sales. - Proven capability in launching and scaling a new business or market. - Strong expertise in territory planning and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, BANT). - Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue. - Experience selling to large enterprise customers in the LATAM region. - Strong ability to build relationships across all organizational levels. - Excellent communication capabilities. - Fluent in Spanish (Mandatory). - English Business Proficiency Required.
