Momentive Software is hiring an Account Executive to accelerate growth in the Enterprise AMS segment. In this full-cycle sales role, you will use strategic, relationship-oriented consultative selling to close complex deals and exceed sales targets, helping associations drive meaningful change.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring seamless handoff to Professional Services.
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, marketing-driven leads, and industry networking.
- Conduct discovery meetings to assess prospect needs and challenges.
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations with Sales Engineers.
- Communicate Momentive’s value proposition and competitive edge in the association space.
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive revenue and meet KPIs.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with client and company goals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and other tools.
- Provide timely forecast and opportunity reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and services teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Represent Momentive at conferences and trade shows.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Uphold company policies and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Travel as needed (up to 40%).
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in value-based selling to executives and large organizations.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Skilled in managing long sales cycles and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Self-motivated and effective in remote work environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Association industry experience.
- Familiarity with the association market and membership-based organizations.
- Experience with tools like Salesloft or Gong.
