About the Role

VertiGIS GmbH is looking for an Account Executive to drive software sales within the telecommunications sector. In this role, you will focus on selling enterprise solutions to telecommunications operators by identifying new opportunities and expanding our presence within existing accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Identify compelling new opportunities for Telecommunications Software solutions and advance use in existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to capitalize on market opportunity.
  • Contact prospects to present value proposition and qualify interest.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to meet customer needs, liaising with technical resources.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships within customer organizations.
  • Close software sales and services, working with team to ensure on-time fulfillment and satisfaction.
  • Record all customer/prospect communications in CRM.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales booking forecasts and support budgeting.
  • Actively participate and support services projects, ensuring smooth transition from presales to post sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop programs and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to Products team regarding customer requirements for future releases.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to position and sell SaaS enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new market opportunities and maximize existing accounts.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, including listening and public speaking.
  • A passion for sales and technology.
  • An insatiable drive to achieve targets while creating long term customer success.
  • Competence using automated sales tools such as CRM applications.
  • This position requires travel (up to 50%) primarily in the US.

Nice to Have

  • NetSuite CRM experience.
  • Experience selling telecommunication solutions.
