Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional to join our dynamic federal sales team. As a Federal Account Executive, you'll drive data storage solution sales to National Reconnaissance Office customers within a defined territory. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to growth through new customer acquisition and expanding existing relationships. SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE... - Advocate for innovative enterprise storage technology, ensuring customers understand the comprehensive value proposition - Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the Federal customer base - Analyze customer needs, budgets, and procurement processes to develop compelling strategic solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized data storage approaches addressing customer challenges - Build and deepen customer relationships to establish organizational value - Lead pursuit teams and develop strategic account plans - Drive and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... - Proven success in NRO sales with demonstrated ability to meet targets - In-depth understanding of NRO procurement processes - Experience with Federal system integrator interactions - Ability to articulate unique storage solution value propositions - Authentic customer engagement and business challenge understanding - Thought leadership and innovative problem-solving mindset - Strong prospecting skills navigating complex sales environments - Excellent interpersonal communication across technical and non-technical audiences - Territory management expertise - Complex sales process leadership - Experience outside traditional storage sectors - Consistent quota achievement - Passion for post-sales customer success - Proficiency with CRM tools - 5+ years of outside sales focusing on new customer acquisition, consistently delivering $5-$10M annually Salary Range: $126,500 - $202,500 USD WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: - Innovation-driven culture celebrating critical thinking - Professional growth opportunities - Collaborative team environment - Comprehensive benefits supporting work-life balance We're committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is celebrated.
