Join Corebridge Financial as an Account Executive / Inside Sales professional within the Corebridge Direct team. In this US remote role, you will sell term and permanent life insurance over the phone, conducting suitability analyses to match customers with the right products and driving toward monthly production goals through a consultative sales approach.
What You'll Do
- Conduct suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products.
- Provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information over the phone.
- Swiftly establish rapport with clients and address objections.
- Achieve monthly production goals while articulating the company's value proposition.
- Adopt a consultative sales approach.
- Build product knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license and reside in that state (company-paid training provided).
Nice to Have
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
