WorkWave is hiring an Account Executive II - SMB Sales to expand our customer base among small to medium-sized businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, identifying new opportunities and closing deals that deliver value to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound efforts
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and performance objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in SMB software sales or a similar B2B closing role
- Strong ability to hunt for new business and build a pipeline from scratch
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently
