WorkWave was looking for an Account Executive II - SMB Sales

WorkWave is hiring an Account Executive II - SMB Sales to expand our customer base among small to medium-sized businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, identifying new opportunities and closing deals that deliver value to our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound efforts
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and performance objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in SMB software sales or a similar B2B closing role
  • Strong ability to hunt for new business and build a pipeline from scratch
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently

This position supports a local-city work mode.
