Hugging Face is looking for an Account Executive, Hub Monetization to be the first in the US driving sales for our platform. You will own the full sales cycle, build pivotal relationships, and help shape our go-to-market strategy directly.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new and existing customers across the US.
- Drive revenue growth by selling Hugging Face's Hub offerings, including enterprise access, private spaces, team plans, and professional services.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with technical and business stakeholders at high-growth startups, scale-ups, and enterprises.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to shape go-to-market strategies and align customer needs with product development.
- Identify and act on market trends, customer feedback, and data insights to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion.
- Partner with Developer Relations and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Represent Hugging Face at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings to expand brand presence and pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales in the AI, ML, or data science communities in the US.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, technical sales environments.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, AI, or software development workflows.
- Experience selling to technical buyers such as ML engineers, data scientists, CTOs, and DevOps.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- A consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling open-source products.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, Git, or command-line tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
