EvenUp is hiring an Account Executive in Houston to execute and refine our sales playbook from lead generation to closing. You will own the full sales cycle and help us advance our mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting.
- Conduct 30 cold calls per day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings per week.
- Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person to build relationships and demonstrate product value.
- Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
- Consistently communicate with other cross-functional members of the team.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Team player with a competitive spirit.
- Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
