Deckers Brands is hiring an Account Executive to fuel the growth of the HOKA brand across a dynamic territory. In this role, you will build strong partnerships with retail partners, drive sales growth, and represent the brand with excellence, reporting to a Regional Sales Manager.
What You'll Do
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by maximizing productivity of existing accounts and identifying new distribution opportunities aligned with HOKA’s strategic goals.
- Serve as a trusted partner to buyers, store teams, and internal stakeholders across merchandising, logistics, and marketing.
- Lead seasonal forecasting, range planning, and sell-in strategies that fuel long-term success.
- Own the full 360° account experience—from forecasting and order management to sell-through analysis and profitability.
- Represent HOKA with passion and purpose, ensuring our values and vision are reflected in every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of wholesale experience in a regionally based role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
