Gartner is looking for an Account Executive for our Global Technology Sales (GTS) division to manage a portfolio of major client accounts. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, while mastering Gartner’s sales methodology.
What You'll Do
- Manage major client accounts with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Meet a sales quota of $800,000+ in contract value within a designated territory.
- Master and consistently execute Gartner’s sales methodology.
- Conduct account planning and manage your territory effectively.
- Maintain forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Stay informed on competitive knowledge.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Gartner’s products and services.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of proven consultative sales experience, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environments).
- Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships at the C-level within large enterprise organizations.
- Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the full sales lifecycle process.
