Employment Hero is looking for an Account Executive, Global Employment Solutions (EOR). In this role, you will bridge the gap between SMBs and their international expansion goals by consulting with C-level and HR executives. You will guide them on hiring, onboarding, and paying talent globally without the need for a local entity.
What You'll Do
- Use consultative selling to navigate complex conversations around international labor laws, compliance, and global payroll, providing tailored EOR solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close, generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and leveraging the Employment Hero network.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations, specifically showcasing HeroForce and EOR functionality.
- Partner with SMB owners to help them scale their headcounts across borders instantly and compliantly.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in either EOR/Global Payroll sales or 360 Recruitment/Executive Search.
- If your background is in Recruitment: a proven record of building and growing your own desk, self-generating clients, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to self-source leads through strategic networking and social selling.
- Skill in explaining complex compliance and financial concepts to Founders and HR Directors simply.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
