P2P.org was looking for an Account Executive (German Speaking)

P2P.org is looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to build and manage the full sales cycle, analyzing opportunities and rewarding partners. You will drive proactive market expansion by collaborating with internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Work on a strategic account list to acquire and grow business relationships with crypto exchanges, wallets, custody providers, banks, VCs, and hedge funds.
  • Manage the full user lifecycle from prospecting to signing, handling all commercial negotiations and ensuring partner success.
  • Participate in high-level business and technical discussions, effectively communicating P2P.org's unique selling points.
  • Spearhead deals, autonomously coordinating with product, legal, and research departments to achieve closure.

What We're Looking For

  • Crypto-native with pre-existing knowledge of the crypto market, blockchain technologies, and Web3 concepts.
  • 4+ years in a quota-driven, full-cycle sales role as a Sales Manager, Account Executive, or in Business Development.
  • Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company environment.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations.
  • A consultative sales approach supported by analytical skills, with a mandatory proficiency in closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Extraordinary sense of ownership.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives, Product Managers, Customer Success, Legal, and Research teams.
