About the Role

SunnyData is hiring an Account Executive (Financial Services) to drive the adoption of our data transformation and AI solutions within enterprise accounts. You will use a consultative approach to understand client challenges, build a robust pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle to achieve revenue goals.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with strategic partners such as Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Fivetran, and Sigma to co-sell and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through research, outreach, and relationship-building to secure meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Execute multi-channel business development campaigns including outbound calls, targeted emails, and social engagement.
  • Craft compelling pursuit strategies and tailor sales narratives to win business across all phases of the buying cycle.
  • Own the customer relationship end-to-end, ensuring alignment across sales, delivery, and customer success for high client satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals across key service lines: Data Engineering, Platform Modernization, and AI/ML Consulting.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales leadership, solutions engineers, and marketing to design tailored proposals.
  • Navigate complex enterprise environments to identify stakeholders, understand buying dynamics, and engage budget holders.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline, regularly updating deal progress.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client priorities and business drivers, guiding them through the solutioning process.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of success in consulting sales, solution delivery, or technical roles.
  • A strong track record of driving outcomes and surpassing goals.
  • Well-versed in the technology services sector, ideally with exposure to cloud, data, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Excel at uncovering client challenges, qualifying opportunities, and positioning sophisticated service offerings.
  • Master of consultative selling with business insight, sales discipline, and technical fluency.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and an accountable, outcome-oriented mindset.
  • A trusted relationship builder, leading with authenticity and empathy.
  • Executive-level communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Committed to growth, intellectually curious, and self-motivated.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, particularly those experiencing rapid growth.
  • Background prospecting and building a customer base in the Financial Services industry, preferably banking.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50%, depending on client and partner engagement needs.

Nice to Have

  • A 4-year Bachelor's degree.
