About the Role

Cars Commerce is hiring an Account Executive, Field to manage our Miami and South Florida territory. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will focus on customer success, retention, and growth by selling our suite of products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Cars Commerce customers, focusing on ongoing success, retention, and growth.
  • Sell products and services to our existing customer base.
  • Maintain relationships through in-person visits to customers within your assigned territory.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on appropriate products and services.
  • Execute sales strategy, identify opportunities, and close upsells.
  • Prepare and present reports that communicate value and provide insight to customers.
  • Demonstrate expertise in retention techniques and the Cars Commerce product portfolio.
  • Partner with other internal teams to ensure customers receive maximum value from our platform.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
  • 2-5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • A consistent track record of quota attainment and a strong desire to win.
  • Experience selling advertising or complex SaaS/software solutions to business leaders.
  • Ability to travel (driving/flights) at least 75% of the time for face-to-face customer meetings.
  • Must reside in the Miami and South Florida territory.
  • Excellent planning and solutions selling skills.
  • Motivation and comfort working remotely from a home office and while traveling.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and customer relationship building abilities.
  • Strong business acumen.

Work Mode

This is a local, field-based role requiring you to live and work in Miami, Florida. It involves significant travel within your assigned South Florida territory.
