About the Role

WeTravel is seeking an Account Executive to expand our presence in the LATAM region. In this role, you will drive growth by bringing small-to-medium-sized, multi-day tour operators onto the WeTravel platform, managing the entire sales cycle with a focus on high-volume outbound activity and consultative selling.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals.
  • Spend the majority of your time prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads.
  • Prospect and call multi-day tour operators based in Morocco and surrounding regions.
  • Run consultative demos tailored to the unique needs of travel businesses.
  • Manage pipeline and follow-ups using HubSpot CRM.
  • Close deals and support onboarding to ensure client success.
  • Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for outreach, demos, and new bookings.
  • Provide market feedback to the wider team to refine product and messaging.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales, especially phone-based outreach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing or contributing to full sales cycles.
  • Inside sales experience via emails and calls.
  • Experience in B2B tech sales, especially targeting SMBs.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
  • Full legal right to work in the LATAM region.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the travel industry in Morocco or a relevant network.
  • Passionate about helping SME travel companies grow.

Team & Environment

You'll join a lean Sales team that runs lean, fast, and collaboratively. You'll report directly to the Sales Manager of Global Wellness.
