Assent is looking for an Account Executive – Enterprise to play a crucial role in achieving our growth objectives by selling our innovative software in a B2B, SaaS environment. You will be a high-performing individual driven to succeed and thrive on the challenge of taking a new product to market, including building a territory from scratch.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and sell to new logos to build your territory.
- Establish and develop an account-based sales strategy to achieve sales quotas.
- Follow a systematic sales process to progress prospect sales campaigns.
- Win new customers through self-sourcing, research, and responding to leads.
- Manage complex sales cycles to prospective senior executives and multiple constituencies within an organization.
- Manage all sales activity and forecasting of revenue in Salesforce.
- Follow corporate security policies and procedural guidance.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success over 5+ years in leading B2B SaaS sales cycles end-to-end, meeting and exceeding quotas up to $1M.
- A tenacious, highly motivated professional who consistently achieves or exceeds sales quota.
- Ability to effectively engage and sell to executive-level decision-makers.
- The ability to identify existing and emerging client needs and articulate the corresponding benefits of Assent’s offerings.
- Excellent questioning techniques, listening skills, and analytical skills.
- Self-sufficiency in developing and delivering all sales cycle artifacts.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Relate to our mission of making the supply chains of complex manufacturers deeply and durably good.
- Articulate, compelling, and passionate communication skills in English.
- Comfort working in a hybrid-first environment with a geographically distributed team.
