About the Role

Zoom is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise to lead growth across the South Germany region. As a strategic partner to large enterprise organizations, you will help modernize their communication and collaboration strategies using our AI-powered platform, positioning Zoom as a key digital transformation partner.

What You'll Do

  • Drive strategic enterprise sales across Zoom’s AI-powered platform, including Meetings, Zoom Phone, Team Chat, Whiteboard, Contact Center (CX), Employee Experience solutions, and AI Companion 3.0 capabilities.
  • Position Zoom as a strategic digital transformation partner rather than a standalone technology vendor.
  • Advise enterprise customers on modernizing workflows through AI-driven automation, intelligent insights, and seamless collaboration experiences.
  • Own and expand a high-value enterprise territory across South Germany.
  • Engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers to solve complex business challenges.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel Partners to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success selling into large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience selling SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, platform technologies, or enterprise collaboration solutions.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives with strong executive presence.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and contract negotiations.
  • Knowledge of enterprise partner ecosystems and distribution models.
  • Proven ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and strategic account development.
  • Ability to build and manage a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting discipline.
  • Application of a consultative, solution-oriented sales methodology.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations with clarity and professionalism.
  • Proven collaboration within cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in South Germany, ideally in or around Munich.
