Drive growth and client success in a strategic Account Executive role focused on enterprise brands and retailers. You'll manage a portfolio of corporate clients, guiding them through contract renewals, expansion opportunities, and ongoing value delivery. Your focus will be on deepening client relationships and ensuring our data solutions become integral to their business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial relationship for existing enterprise accounts, overseeing renewals and contract negotiations
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities by engaging new stakeholders within client organizations
- Position data offerings as essential tools for strategic decision-making across retail and brand functions
- Partner with internal teams to align product value with client goals and KPIs
- Build trust with senior decision-makers in marketing, sales, strategy, and insights teams
- Develop client advocates by consistently demonstrating measurable impact
- Navigate complex procurement processes and negotiate agreements with enterprise legal and finance teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of sales experience in subscription-based or data-driven services targeting large retail or brand organizations
- Proven ability to manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive, enterprise environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with executives and budget holders
- Skilled in asking insightful questions to uncover client needs and business challenges
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments with a self-driven mindset
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach to team success
- Passion for data’s role in shaping business strategy and performance
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary between $125,000 and $135,000, with on-target earnings up to $210,000 annually including variable commission. Commission is achieved at 100% of quota attainment. Equity is included in the total compensation package.
