Position Overview:As a Territory Manager Surgical, you will lead sales initiatives across Hyderabad, covering parts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, focused on advancing structural heart therapies. Your role centers on growing market share by building trusted partnerships with key healthcare providers and surgical teams, supported by a solid understanding of cardiovascular science and medical device applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Surgical Structural Heart business within your territory, applying in-depth knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology to support clinical discussions and product positioning.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and decision-makers to influence procurement choices through strategic engagement and consultative selling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, developing targeted plans to meet and exceed regional sales goals.
- Collaborate internally to align field activities with business unit objectives and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least three years of progressive experience in medical device sales. Prior exposure to surgical environments and familiarity with the local healthcare landscape are strong advantages.
