As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll operate in a fully remote environment, serving borrowers through 100% warm inbound leads—no cold outreach required. You’ll consult with motivated homebuyers and refinancers, assessing their financial goals and guiding them through loan options tailored to their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Process pre-qualified leads efficiently, ensuring a smooth borrower experience from application to closing
- Use cutting-edge technology, including AI-powered quoting and mobile-first tools, to streamline loan approvals
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Partner with internal underwriting and processing teams to accelerate turnaround times
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets in a results-driven environment
What We Require
- At least one year of recent mortgage origination experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Active NMLS registration and a minimum of five state licenses
- Compliance with all federal and state mortgage licensing standards
- Strong grasp of loan structuring, pricing, and regulatory guidelines
- Proven communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-direction and resilience in a fast-paced, performance-based role
- Reliable high-speed internet (Ethernet-connected; cable or fiber only) with speeds scaled to usage level

You’ll be equipped with a modern CRM, AI-driven pricing tools, and mobile-enabled loan applications that simplify the borrower journey. Ongoing training ensures you stay sharp and compliant in a constantly evolving industry.
Compensation & Benefits
Earnings range from $50,000 to over $200,000 annually, combining base pay ($10–$15/hour) with performance commissions, ramp-up incentives, and referral bonuses. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life and disability coverage, and employee discounts.
