Lead enterprise sales initiatives in China as an Account Executive, focusing on securing key partnerships with major organizations. You will take full ownership of a defined portfolio of strategic accounts, designing and executing tailored strategies to win new business through a mix of proactive outreach and inbound lead conversion.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level clients, consistently meeting performance targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Develop deep relationships within complex corporate structures, identifying decision-makers, aligning stakeholders, and guiding negotiations to successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales development resources and internal teams to build a sustainable pipeline, combining outbound efforts with qualified inbound opportunities.
- Ensure CRM accuracy with timely updates, detailed forecasting, and transparent pipeline tracking to support strategic planning and process refinement.
- Apply strategic insight to navigate organizational dynamics, uncovering challenges related to structure, budget, and internal alignment to position solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese (native) and proficient in English at a professional level (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate clearly in high-stakes business settings.
- Minimum of four years of B2B sales experience, including at least two years focused on enterprise clients.
- Proven success in launching new accounts in untapped markets and securing net-new logos within large organizations.
- Experience building trust and long-term relationships with senior executives and business leaders.
- Innate drive to prospect, pursue, and close opportunities independently, with a self-starter mindset suited to fast-moving environments.
