As an Account Executive, you'll lead sales initiatives by managing established accounts and identifying new business opportunities across a range of industries. Your focus will be on delivering tailored eyewear solutions that align with client needs, using a consultative approach to strengthen relationships and expand market presence.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while actively pursuing new prospects to increase revenue
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed performance targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and service standards maintained
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and share customer insights
- Use a sales automation system to track interactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate customer feedback and emerging needs to relevant departments to inform product and service improvements
- Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide informed guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of three years in a sales role with proven success in B2B environments
- Experience managing accounts, delivering customer service, and negotiating agreements
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly with small to mid-sized businesses
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with close attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel frequently—more than 50% of time—and maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and keep state-specific agent licensing as required
