V_labs is looking for an Account Executive (Austria) to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead follow-up to closing deals, empowering independent hotels with RoomRaccoon's hotel management system.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on demonstration requests and other marketing-qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold calling to closing deals.
- Identify prospect decision-makers and uncover critical business issues.
- Schedule demonstrations and track related activities.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to the Implementations team upon closing a deal.
- Ensure data integrity in the CRM.
- Enrich inbound marketing activities with local market and cultural insights.
- Stay current on industry issues, trends, and competitive offerings.
- Prospect in-person locally and/or travel as required.
- Attend hospitality events.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales within the hospitality or technology sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations.
- German language proficiency.
- Based in Austria.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
