V_labs was looking for an Account Executive (Austria)

V_labs is looking for an Account Executive (Austria) to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead follow-up to closing deals, empowering independent hotels with RoomRaccoon's hotel management system.

What You'll Do

  • Follow up on demonstration requests and other marketing-qualified leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold calling to closing deals.
  • Identify prospect decision-makers and uncover critical business issues.
  • Schedule demonstrations and track related activities.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the Implementations team upon closing a deal.
  • Ensure data integrity in the CRM.
  • Enrich inbound marketing activities with local market and cultural insights.
  • Stay current on industry issues, trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Prospect in-person locally and/or travel as required.
  • Attend hospitality events.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the hospitality or technology sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations.
  • German language proficiency.
  • Based in Austria.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
