About the Role

Phiture is looking for an Account Executive to join our Atlanta team. You will be a proactive and collaborative sales professional who drives success by connecting with restaurants and guiding partners through the full sales cycle. Your work directly brings value to our restaurant partners and customers.

What You'll Do

  • Source, qualify, and close new restaurant partners to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Maintain a consistent activity level to keep a full pipeline, including reviewing old leads and lost opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure smooth launches for new restaurant partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and demand generation to continuously refine the acquisition approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to secure future leads and referrals.
  • Accurately track and update deals and communications in Salesforce in real time.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota-exceeding Sales role.
  • Experience preferably in Hospitality Technology, FinTech, or SaaS.
  • A hunter mentality with solid Sales and Business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Extensive customer network.
  • Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
  • Must be local to the Atlanta, GA area.

Nice to Have

  • 10+ years of experience in a quota-exceeding Sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS.
  • Experience working with restaurants or food-related entities/clients.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.

  • Compensation: $100,000 base + $60,000 OTE, uncapped.
