Reef is hiring an Account Executive to drive deal conversion and revenue growth for our scaling B2B company. You will own the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature, with a focus on achieving a 20%+ conversion rate and meeting consistent monthly revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Own the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature
- Conduct discovery calls with decision-makers
- Deliver product demonstrations

- Negotiate contracts
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales closing or account executive roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Comfortable conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation, proposal creation, and deal closing skills
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role
- A quiet working environment
- A good quality microphone or headset
